How we charge

Three ways of working

We have 3 charging models, each of which we will recommend depending on the type of human resources, employment law and reward management services you require.

This allows us to tailor our services to your needs and give you best value for your spend.

Fixed fee projects

Where we can accurately assess the scope of a piece of work, we are happy to work on a fixed fee for the whole project. Work suitable for fixed fees includes employment contracts and handbooks, appraisal systems, restructuring and redundancy exercises and some employment tribunal work.

Retained Service Packages

Our HR Retained Service Packages are available at 4 levels and are delivered by a fully qualified, experienced HR Consultant with extensive experience in HR. If you opt for one of our retained service packages you will enjoy the following benefits:

  • A ‘Virtual’ HR team to support you at a fraction of the cost of employing your own HR manager
  • HR advice including support with employment law issues
  • Telephone, email & face to face options
  • Fixed monthly fee

We offer the following retained service packages:

Bronze Package - this is our entry level package and is based on 4 hours' support per calendar month

Silver Package - this service package is based on the provision of 8 hours' support per calendar month

Gold Package - the gold service package provides 12 hours of support and advice per calendar month including one scheduled monthly meeting

Platinum Package - this is our most comprehensive package and offers 16 hours support per month with up to two scheduled meetings per month

Our aim is to provide an added value proposition to assist you in confidently developing the people elements of your business. We will work with you to understand your business and your people and will advise you how best to use employment law and HR practice to protect and enhance your business. Each package can be tailored for your business and represents excellent value for money.

Hourly rates

If neither of the above options is suitable, or if your preference is to be charged based on actual time, then we will work on an hourly rate basis which will be agreed with you before we begin work.
