It’s easy to jump to the assumption that it always comes down to cash, and that retaining your best people involves regular pay increases and bonuses. This isn’t necessarily the case though. Retention levels are impacted by a wide variety of factors, and you may need to take a closer look at how you can get creative without blowing your budget.
