Retained Service Packages
Our HR Retained Service Packages are available at various levels and are delivered by a fully qualified, experienced HR Consultant with extensive experience in HR. If you opt for one of our retained service packages you will enjoy a ‘Virtual’ HR team to support you at a fraction of the cost of employing your own HR manager. Each package can be tailored for your business and represents excellent value for money.
We offer the following retained service packages:
This is our entry level package and is based on 4 hours’ support per calendar month.
This service package is based on the provision of 8 hours’ support per calendar month.
The gold service package provides 12 hours of support and advice per calendar month.
This is our most comprehensive package and offers 16 hours support per month.
Fixed fee projects
Where we can accurately assess the scope of a piece of work, we are happy to work on a fixed fee for the whole project. Work suitable for fixed fees includes employment contracts and handbooks, appraisal systems, restructuring and redundancy exercises and some employment tribunal work.
Hourly rates
If neither of the above options is suitable, or if your preference is to be charged based on actual time, then we will work on an hourly rate basis which will be agreed with you before we begin work.
